Heather was in charge of contacting the head of events at Chili’s and setting up a date for the event. Together they decided on October 25th. Preparing for and putting on this event was quite simple seeing as the people at Chili’s did most of the execution. Heather had to fill out a bit of paperwork, contact the SPCA’s head financial person, as well as hand out flyers, and the group promoted the event through Facebook.
